The social mission of Simka Plus is to help people with mobility issues find employment by working for call centers.

EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIALIZATION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
The investment allowed the company to acquire a CRM (customer relations management) system, helping track calls and data flows to better serve client needs. During one project year the volume of services sold rose 414%, net profits rose 400%, and the number of disabled employees rose from 3 to 7 people. As part of its social mission, the enterprise organized five community events and increased its social contribution to UAH 19,800.
